President: Sanjeev K. Sharma, P.E., PMP is the President of Applied Intellect. He has over 25 years of experience in implementing and managing technology-based organizational transformation and program management solutions for Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of Energy (DOE) programs. Sanjeev has a Bachelor of Technology with Honors from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, MS from the University of Hawaii and an MBA from Duke University. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Washington, DC and a Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Vice President, Project Management Office: Mir Z. Ali, CISSP, PMP, CSM, ITIL V3 leads the Project Management Office. He brings more than 17 years of experience in providing turn key IT Program Management solutions for Health and Human Services (HHS); DHS, DoD, GSA Public Building Services(PBS) and Office of Governmentwide Policy(OGP). He is passionate about continuous process improvement and building large scale enterprise solutions that solve tough business problems through high technology. Mir has a Bachelor of Engineering (with Distinction) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Osmania University, Masters of Science degree in Software Engineering from George Mason University. He is a PMI-PMP certified project manager and (ISC)2 CISSP security professional.
Vice President, Environmental Services Division: Paul Hunter, PG leads our Environmental Services Division. He brings more than 25 years of broad-based experience in environmental compliance, natural resource studies, site assessment/remediation, RCRA/CERCLA investigations, abandoned mine land studies and hydrogeologic investigations. During his career, he has successfully supported numerous state, federal and industrial clients including: USFS, BLM, BIA, USFWS, USACE, USTDA, USAID, OPIC, Chevron, Volvo, Texaco, Micron, and Coca-Cola. In a management role, Paul has served as Office Manager, Regional Manager, Vice President and on the Board of Directors for two professional services companies. He has also served as the Chairman of the Idaho State Board of Registration for Professional Geologists and been a featured speaker at local and national conferences. Paul has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Kansas and a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Texas-Permian Basin.
