We place additional emphasis on integration activities, negotiating changes in plans and communication in the management of programs. Our team works collaboratively with customer organization personnel to provide and interpret policy, create an environment that fosters sustainable momentum for the program (i.e., removing barriers both inside and outside the enterprise), and periodically review program progress and interim results to ensure alignment with the overall strategic vision.

We work with the leadership of customer organizations, the program sponsor(s) and the program steering committee to implement the program’s underlying business and IT strategies and to define the program’s connection to the enterprise’s overall business plan(s) and direction. We provide periodic summary reports and briefings on program progress to include utilization of resources, delivery of interim work products and results.

The Board ratifies a draft policy after ensuring the PDP was followed and conducting an examination of each draft policy in terms of of its completeness, accuracy, resolution of all ambiguity, fiduciary risk, liability risk, conformity to law, and adherence to the stakeholder rules and regulations.
  • Adoption: In conjunction with the stakeholder approval process, the AI Advisory Team works with the stakeholders to roll out the new policy and assists in promoting the adoption of the new policy.
